Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, and starts at $9.99. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
Will I pay duties or customs fees?
No. You won't pay any duties or brokerage fees at delivery. If a carrier ever asks you for import fees on our order, contact us and we'll take care of it.
What's your return policy?
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us first and we'll send return instructions; return shipping is paid by the customer. If anything arrives damaged, defective or wrong, email us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to send it back.
How do I pick the right size?
Each product page has a size chart and measuring tips. If your dog is between sizes, choose the larger one. Still unsure? Email us your dog's measurements and breed and we'll help.
